ubs55 rear step

anyone got a rear centre step for a 1990 ubs55 bighorn including metal support bar underneath mine rusted out and step went walkabout on road somewhere lol have been told i will need to replace for wof cheers sean

Hey you dont need rear bumper for a wof as long as all sharp parts are removed, just unbolt the whole thing and make a new rear bar if you really want

If a missing rear step is a fail then my rear bumper should have them condemning the car. For the rear the rules are simple Nothing sharp or with a radius less than 5mm. You will have to remove the rusty bits but leave the half bumpers in place No issue. Mine has a solis step but the plastic corners are long gone and replaces with squares of garden edging

thanks for that will just remove it and go back and see what they say they are getting very picky up here at moment they just failed my other car for a small stone chip in windscreen that has been there for about 3 years and not changed

thanks for the info removed complete bumper and took it back took a bit of persuading but once he checked his book i got my warrent

Good to here mine didnt have one for 3 wofs they didnt care at all
