Cost of MU Repairs

Postby Jordan63 » Fri Sep 04, 2009 6:13 pm

Hi, I was just wondering how expensive it is to buy parts for an isuzu mu.
I have heard from a mechanic that it can be quite costly if they have to be repaired. Just since everything else about the MU is so positive i was hoping that this expense wasnt the big con of buying one of these.

Thanks

I dony know about oz and have only really priced new heads which over here in nz are around $500, surprisingly cheap compared to toyota or mitsi..........................now if you go to a holden dealership for repairs its silly expensive....>...I nearly ran out of our local GM dealers

The MU is a mix of rodeo & jackaroo parts. Side panels are the only hard parts to get.

You need to shop around. Lots of aftermarket stuff when you start looking. Genuine Isuzu = not cheap but sometimes necessary. Enjoy :) :) :)
Cheers
