Not just the spacing that is wrong. They are also 10mm bolts. You need to engineer a solution using the common hooks which is easiest with a bullbar. Make sure whatever you bolt to the chassis is bolted to it with more bolt cross section than the 2 12mm bolts in the hook. Also keep the line of stress as close the the chassis as possible. Get the mounting of the hook wrong and you may end up with an armour piercing bullet leaving your car towards whoever you are towing. Have your mounting plate come off and its an armour piercing cannon ball traveling at about the same speed as medievil cannon balls. As its your hook heading towards other people its you that gets to do first aid if they are still alive.
