If anyone is interested in going on a trip to the West Coast (greymouth area), then leave a message.
Date: (start at 2pm) 25th (Wed, ANZAC day), finish 28th April (Sat) or maybe 29th if trucks are still in working condition
Where:
West Coast, will be starting off at Reefton (Wed), doing Big River & staying night in DOC hut.
Next day (Thurs), head out & do some exploring through other Big River tracks. Get to Greymouth & stay night.
Next day (Fri), head out & do Noname Rd & Cockeye creek. Also a bit of exploring. Stay in Greymouth again.
Next day (Sat), Napolean Hill (if ok to get to), and Mt Greenland?, also some exploring. Some people may head back this night.
Next day (Sun), un-decided.
Trucks so far: Me (bighorn), Lewis (another bighorn with a winch), and Scott (has a Terrano).
The idea is not to do too much damage to my truck, so nothing too extreme, but something to give shiny & semi-off road trucks a good go.
