4JB1 racing camshatf... Where?

Postby 4x4diego » Wed Feb 22, 2023 9:37 am

Hello, I am modifying my 4jb1 turbo engine and I want to get a racing cam but I have not found an online store where I can get it. Do you guys have any idea of any website that has 4jb1 engine components where I can get that part? :geek:

would love a picture of a 4jb1 in a Samurai. It would be a tight fit

What is your idea of a racing camshaft? There are no off the shelf options for a 4JB1. Need to go to a camshaft manufacture/ machinist that has experience in diesels, give them info of your setup and an educated guess can be made on camshaft modifications. Don’t expect petrol performance cam gains with a diesel the gains are going to be reasonably minimal.
