hi mate also from uk.have had the same problem with my 2.8.i have found the best thing to do is get a stainless steel one made at somewhere like power flow or long life.had a quote for £400 which isnt bad for something which will last for ever.

forgot to say powerflow will design and fit while you wait 2hrs tops ,go for a 2"1/2 will be lots better.
