What have you guys done, I was thinking of grabbing a pipe, jacking up the wheel and trying to bend the guards out a bit. Any other ideas?
I run 33" tyres on my Wizard. I 4wd and found the rubbing is related to the rim offset. I run a standard Wizard offset, +7mm from memory, the same as IFS Hilux. I have also trimmed the front guards.

To do this
- take the plastic trim off,
- work out where the centre of the circle of the arc is,
- offset this 40mm to the rear and draw a new arc (I used a felt pen and a piece of string),
- I offset this 15-20mm and drew another arc, this is the one you cut to (this 15-20mm becomes the atachment for the plastic trim,
- bend the 15-20mm at right angles, reattach trim.
Alternatively, find some Mu guards of the correct colour and install them. They are different. They have a larger buldge at the wheels. All the guys I know with Mus on 33" tyres haven't had to cut their guards. They don't however have the plastic trim.
I've PM'ed you my contact details if you want to talk through it.
