I don't know how I did it, but I managed to snap one of the link arms on my rear sway bar. I'll put it down to tackling the Whitcoomb at Easter. The truck travelling behind could see the difference in articulation straight away. I ran with it broken for about a month afterwards. Definately rolled more, but not unlivable with ...and that's with my lift. I'll be removing a link arm before I set off up that way again this Labour Weekend. I have no experience regarding the front, may as well disconnect that at the same time.
The disconnects above don't suit the bighorn, but something can be done. I've got a idea based using on my broken link.
