Id take the whole intake manifold off and clean it out, mine was half clogged with the sludge buildup. Makes a huge difference

Intercooler and everything off up to manifold, think I may have discovered 1oil leak, heaps of oil sitting between manifold and rocker cover, so I need to degrease that tomorrow before I remove manifold, a lot of oil in the intake, a lot, so the catch can is a must, intercooler needs a good clean, oil is dripping out of it sitting on the bench.

So she's all back together, feels as if its breathing a lot better, much more responsive.. Smoke on cold start up has completely disappeared, so happy with that, also just filled up gas with a high quality injector cleaner

I wouldn't mind doing to washer boost mod, where exactly do I place the washer's?
