Might be air in the system. Try undoing the injector lines one at a time at the injector while it's idling. There might be air trapped there.

Would still pay to check the strainer in the fuel tank like geeves said as it sounds like a fuel problem....

Skid steer sounds like some forestry beast. Didnt know they had such small motors. Anyway Ive always wondered how good the fuel is in those remote fueling tankers. They could be a recipe for diesel bug. Next fuel filter you change cut open. If its full of black slime you know the problem

It's a fungus that grows in diesel

Boss's 'cruiser didn't like it but it didn't seem to bother either of the New Holland tractors one of which is a year old

If you always get diesel from good sources and dont store it for long periods in less than perfect conditions its not an issue. Its a big problem in marine engines mostly. It actually grows in a film of water that can form under diesel in the tank and feeds on the diesel. Modern diesel has a chemical in there to kill diesel bug.
I only bought it up due to the operating conditions those types of machines are subjected to.
Not sure how well biodiesel handles this.

If the fuel filter is clean then its the strainer in your fuel tank is gloged, take the fuel line off the tank side and blow some low pressure air thru it and see if that helps to un clog the strainer, this is only a temporary fix tho.
I live in my own little world, but its OK they know me here.
