Heater control lights- do MUs have them?

Hey all just a quick question, since I've owned my MU for a year I figure it might be time to get around to fixing the electrical issues.

Question 1- do they have back lights on the heater controls?

Question 2 do all Mus have head lights on warning buzzers?

yes to 1 there is a T5 globe behind your lever controls. number 2 mine beeps to let me know when i have left the lights on.

I've got a 94 3.1T (UCS69) too, sooo...

1. yes (assuming you mean the greenish backlighting behind the heater panel position and vent control icons - the panel above the ashtray and below the two centre vents in the middle of the dash?) it should come on with the headlights. - manual aircon button has a blue light inside it when switched on too.

2. yes mine does, (although its had an alarm installed so something may have been spliced in to make it beep if the lights are on while the turbotimer is still counting down, i don't know if they all do).

Sweet I'll have a search through behind the dash, and see what I find.

There's a variable resistor for adjustable intermittent wipers that's been wired in near there and a stereo as well so that may be where my prob lies if it's not just a couple of bulbs.

There is 1 bulb behind the controls for the heater levers easy to get to pull the nobs off and get a screw driver and flip the panel off.
