So heres my truck ive finaly got around to taken some pics
shes a little shabby around the sides but its all good
i got some pics of its strech with a standard setup

I wouldnt worry about that diff oil too much yet. Its a fairly cheap seal and easy to do but if you keep an eye on the oil it will be a year or more till it needs doing. I would be more worried about all the shiney painted metal under there. It needs a protective coating of mud.
Disconnect the front sway bar and it will flex so much better. That and some mud tyres is really all you need
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
