Just had a call from Tracie and David is doing well, he is now in the Neuro ward and has movement in his legs and is doing a little exercise. They are hoping to get him talking this coming week, he is sleeping most of the time though.

Sorry it,s been awhile since I last gave you all an update on Davids condition. Tracie called in on Monday and said David was improving every day, but it will take some time before he is back to his old self. Keep our fingers crossed him.

Just talked to Tracie and David is still improving slowly but there is still a long way to go.
We leave for Darwin and the Kimberley in two days but I will keep you all posted when we hear anything from Tracie.

Hello guys, David has been moved from the hospital ward to the brain rehabilitation unit where he will continue his treatment and recovery. The biggest hurdle at the moment is post traumatic amnesia, I know it will be long hard road but he is improving everyday. I was able to take him out on a day pass this weekend, he did recognised our Mu Wizard parked in the car park ... we sat on the beach with fishing rod in hand for a few hours.
I have read all your goodwishes to him and hopefully in the next few weeks we will try to get him back in front of a keyboard to respond himself.
Thanyou guys from Tracie and David...

sounds like good progress. Every improvement is one more step towards good health again. It could be a long road but one step at a time you will get there

Talked to Tracie on Sunday and she had David at home for the weekend, was so nice to talk to her at home.
Sorry for the late update but we are at a place in the NT called Dundee Beach about 150 Ks SW of Darwin and our internet does not work to well.
