Remove the front swaybar You will be surprised how much travel you actually do have. Its probably more than the setups of those giving you a hard time.
Dont fit harder springs to the front.
My bighorn surprised a few at club champs taking shiney class and halving the points of one of the series 2 landrovers in our group with a holden 6 and only loosing to the other by 40 points. Both landys were locked both ends with 35 inch tyres and the one I lost to also has a v12 bmw engine. I only get 32s and lsd.
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
